PAYMENT: Prompt payment via Paypal or credit card, is appreciated and expected within 48 hours of purchase.
SHIPPING: Shipping charges are based on actual shipping charges plus a small handling fee to cover other shipping costs. Shipping insurance may also be added to the shipping amount if item is fragile or valuable.
Items are shipped via 1st class mail, standard post, and at times priority mail. If you need an item quickly please email us and we can invoice you for the higher shipping fee this would incur.
We are always happy to combine shipping if you are purchasing multiple items. Please email us for more details.
RETURNS: Most items may be returned, except custom orders (unless there is an error on my part with the order), but please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is being returned because of a major error on my part. Thank you.
